If The Shoe Fits

Client: Maybeline

This project for lipstick started on the good foot with a drawing of a shoe.

3D Render

A Perfect Fit

We took that drawing and created a scaled 3D model with slots for lipstick. Here the client could visualize the display and we had a starting process to cut a mold.

Approval

A Perfect Fit

After receiving sign-off and slight changes to look and feel we can now move onto the the next phase of actually building one.

Prototyping

Meet Your Expectations

Making a one-off mold the client was able to see the actual height and fit for their product line.

Production

Set To Be Shipped Out

We started by making a multiple image mold for vacuum forming. While the shoes were being fit we setup our CNC to start cutting the other parts. Once all the pieces were cut and formed, they were placed on our assembly and production line on their way to being to the store.

Final Product

Ready for Display

Here it sets. Ready for display in retail stores across the globe.
